Recommended dosages for the different application areas in food production can be found on the product data sheet (PDF).
For solutions in propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG) or in mixtures of these, with or without water, we recommend an average concentration of 2-5%. Please note that the higher the concentration of glycerin (> 50%) the higher the flavor concentration needs to be. We always advise you to dose carefully.
Many of the seemingly competing products are priced at the same level, but on the average they require about three times the amount of flavors to achieve the same aromatization.
Example using a VPG 50/50 solution and 10 ml flavor:
